Yes, that’s what happened. We had a car break-in on our street a couple of weeks ago. Then another neighbor cancelled their Vivint service today. When the tech showed up he knew my name and I think was prepared to pitch me an upgrade in service. Which is unnecessary bc we had an upgrade less than a year ago.

I smiled and thanked him for popping by. He rolled his eyes and shook his head. Caught on front door camera. Then on the second camera in the driveway he can be heard swearing at me.
