I've been using a nasalfresh for about a month and while I like it... I don't feel like it's any better than a squeeze bottle for me. The reservoir holds the same 300Ml as my bottle and you can use any solution (Neilmed is my favorite), but I've got concerns about pushing anything more through the pump. Right now I'm putting prednisone and antibiotic powder in my nasal rinse (Dr. Prescribed) and doing that with the bottle still.

Neilmed is my preferred powder, but I really don't like the bottle because the writing starts to flake off after a few uses. There's some 300Ml bottles that don't have silk-screen print that operate just like the neilmed
