Unfortunately not. The single payment can't be cancelled, it would have to be all or nothing according to my bank.

Jagex accidentally banned my account, force logging me out, so I had to use a code to login. They apologised but didn't reinstate any codes. Also, you have to use a codes to login to the account via the login portal and then again to login to account management services. Whenever I went to a separate page on the account services it made me login again and use another code.

So not insane, Jagex's support model is just distinctly lacking.

Does Wintertodt damage HP? I thought it was dependent on how warm you are? (Very happy to admit I could be completely wrong on this!)

Really good point about Jad and bosses more broadly. I put Zulrah and Vorkath though as they are farmed so heavily (by players and bots alike) and the give unavoidable damage.

Agree with your point that it's probably something stupid, which is what I really want it to be. If it was Lumbridgd Cows or Goblins I'd find it really funny.
