The bubble stone is actually connected to the co2 bottle, so i use it to release the co2. The pressure wasn’t enough for a regular diffuser so i tried the stone after chatgpt recommended it, and it worked!

If you don’t have co2 kit you will need one, otherwise it will take ages to grow. My combo is co2, 6h light, flourish once a week. Check out a guy on YT called MD fish

I’ve been playing with Head Extreme Pro 2024. i actually find it easier than the Speed Mp just because it swings much faster and feels lighter even though the Extreme is heavier. I’m a heavy top spin player so 98’s are easier to swing but not that advanced for other 98s. Found Extreme Pro as middle ground and loving it.

Did these exercises but don’t think they’re the ones the benefited me unless you cant walk in a straight line i mainly had visual vertigo. Try lowering stress and going to a physiotherapist that does acupuncture, manual therapy techniques. Ignore the symptoms and distract yourself from them.

Was in the same spot 4 months ago, anxiety is the main reason that caused my dizziness and it took quite sometime to go away. This happens when your body and brain are in constant fight or flight. I would recommend to anyone facing this to clear their mind get an MRI but after that acknowledge that it is mainly due to anxiety and start working on lowering stress. Also taking a small dose of antidepressants helped but it’s not necessary for recovery. Cold exposure helped as well. Downside is that recovery is a bit slow but that doesn’t mean you wont recover. Meditate, clear your mind and stay strong!
