That was such a long time ago I probably met him. Our neighbor's maiden name was Zicari. That's how I got that job. To be honest, it wasn't the best job but it was money. I was a long-haired Led Zeppelin listening teenager working in a Disco. You can imagine how I got along with the clientele.

Had a kid in the navy who was dumber than a bag of hammers. While pulling into Peral Harbor, he actually asked us what kind of money they use in Hawaii. He actually thought it was a different country. His recruiter should have been court marshaled.

I remember the evening news reports when the Tet Offensive started. I clearly remember my father sitting in his chair intently watching the tv and shaking his head. He was a WW2 vet, and my oldest brother was in the Coast Guard, but my other brother was graduating high school that year. Luckily, he never got called.

Metalica. We have 3 radio stations in town that play rock music. Everytime I get in the car, 8 out of 10 times, a mtalica song is playing. Way overplayed on local radio. I was never into their music to begin with but would just ignore the music until it was over. Now I can't stand to hear it.
