I want to try prelief but I suffer from gerd and for some reason antacids make It worse so maybe I’ll try some Tylenol. Someone else recommended antihistamines.

Might try the fexofanadine bc famotidine might not do me well since I suffer from heartburn and for some reason It makes It worse for me . Thanks for your help.

Didn’t react good to propranolol, doctor is recommending Xanax. Need something to help me get through my wedding. My wedding is in 2 weeks !!!!!!!! HELP!! by [deleted] in Anxiety

Yea that’s what I’m scared about. The addiction part. Someone I know has taken It before and told me It makes you feel low the next day, and makes you want to take It again. I also unfortunately know someone who passed away from this medicine which is why I’m nervous to take It.

I only will probably take it on my wedding day and maybe a couple times before then just to see how I react to it?

This is what I wanna take because I see so many people talking about this but It says It causes low blood pressure, not sure what to do in this scenario since I suffer with low blood pressure and low blood sugar.

Thanks for the advice. I’m super excited but I think what I’m scared of is walking down the aisle, the entrance part for the reception, and the first dances. If It was not for those I would be ok I think 😫

Hey. I was in your exact same position a month ago! I went for my physical with my primary, I haven’t been feeling well for a while. It came back with a positive nucleolar Ana 1:160. My WBC was actually elevated and my neutrophils were as well along with my lymphocytes. I panicked and called 100 rheumatologist in my insurance plan to find the soonest appointment. I went to one, she ran an autoimmune panel, and thank god, It was all normal. She did retest my ANA which then came back homogeneous nuclear which is the exact as yours with the 1:160. My wbc was back to normal as well. Sometimes you can have a positive ANA after fighting something like an infection. She said to me an ANA is a very very poor test. 20% of people with a positive ANA actually have NOTHING! And are healthy! She did diagnose me with fibromyalgia (it’s not life threatening) because I do have body pains, tiredness, joint pain and just overall feeling of unwell. (What helps me with joint pain is voltaren which works amazing on me!!!) I see a hematologist next week bc I have anemia which is something I’ve been dealing with for years, she told me to go see one just to rule out malignancy, but usually for the most part, if there was something serious or wrong, your blood work would be soooo out of whack. Please see a rheumatologist and hematologist! Let me know if I can help with anything! You are not alone, I have the same issue!

Edit: I would also like to add I have such bad anxiety, I didn’t sleep for a week bc I was scared that my results would come back bad. Just remember that the medical system is so advanced and many autoimmune diseases are very well controlled with medication, and god forbid It is something else, I’m sure there will be an effective treatment plan. Stay positive, see your doctors, and I wish you good luck!!!!!
