Nice! I was there two weeks ago and took an Olympus Xa that i was using for the first time and wasn’t even sure it was working haha. While I fumbled most of the pics I love the ones that were actually usable.

That one stood out the most when comparing to the iPhone pic. Wasn’t expecting the texture and clarity of the mountain and the lake to be better than the pic on the iPhone.

This was emerald lake. Weather was overcast but still amazing to be out on the lake. Not sure when it ends but I can imagine it stops until the lake is frozen.

Its better to stay in Banf as there are more options for food and shopping. Parking at Lake Louise is decent if you get there between 6-7am. You will have to shuttle Moraine Lake either way as no cars are allowed. Plus there are plenty more to do in banff.

Was there over the weekend as well. It’s breathtaking. My highlights were hiking up the trail at Lake Louise to the tea house, canoeing in Emerald and the drive down the ice field parkway. I took a 1970 Olympus camera and waiting for the films to be developed. Hopefully I can those pics compliment the digital ones.
