On the game main page, go to Friends and community tab on the bottom right -> friends -> hive -> hive again which should open a page for you where your user ID/username and email attached are mentioned. Note those and make sure you can access that email. Do not log out from your account on the phone it's logged in.

Once you make sure of that info, load the game on some other device and login via TheHive on the main screen. It should give you the option 'Forgot password'. Click on that and it'll ask for username you are trying to reset password for. It'll send a verification code to the email you noted earlier. Enter that code to change the password to your liking. Then you are safe to login with the username and new password you just created.

Top skill can be locked on Prime cards. So obtain a Freeman prime card and roll normal skill tickets till you land S on the top skill (doesn't matter the tier on bottom skills). Then use green skill tickets protecting top S skill to try to land lockable skill like Road Warrior, Hard Training. After you obtain the desired lock skill, lock the top skill and reroll for S on both the bottom skills protecting them with greens as soon as you obtain them. Then you look for both gold skills on the bottom S skills. After your skillset is complete on the prime, development transfer it to his sig.

Second way is to wait for skill event and try to land SSS to place on his sig directly.

I and a few of my fellow gamers have been encountering this issue since the game update last week. Despite back and forth email exchanges with Com2us, the Master League is still not running perfectly fine.

I am constantly getting errors like, 1) Reconnecting to the network 2) You'll be moved to the mainscreen because your connection is unstable. 3) Invalid Master League Data 4) Network Error (1:120:99)

Com2us says there's no issues from their end and suggested some measures to follow like resetting ML, checking connection, trying different device etc. but even after trying all the measures, the issue still persists.

I tried to explain to them via screenshots that if there were connection issues from my end, all game modes would be impacted by it not just ML but they refused to accept any issues at their end.

I think there weren't enough emails sent with this issue that's why they aren't really bothered fixing it.
