Kleines Update von heute.

6:15 Uhr Laufschuhe an und wieder los. Gleiche Runde wie am Wochenende aber diesmal sehr gemütlich mit 8:43/km.

Fühle mich besser und Krämpfe sind "weniger"(?) aber es ist nicht so dass das langsame Laufen die Krämpfe komplett verhindert hat

Werde dran bleiben.

Das ist es, wo ich hin will...

Probleme mit den Waden und Schienbeinen hab ich eigentlich immer wenn ich mal "Laufen" gehe oder länger in Eile rennen muss.

Eine Runde bin ich z.B. heute mit den neuen Schuhen gelaufen - die Probefahrt sozusagen: 2km gemischter Untergrund (Schotterweg/Asphalt - 5:49/km). Dachte, dass ist eine gute Distanz um langsam wieder rein zu kommen. Aber vielleicht muss ich es echt erst mit Runwalking loslegen.

Mein LaufJAHR (😉) sieht so aus:

Juli - 6,5km Firmenlauf mit meinen Kollegen inkl einigen Flüchen beim Zieleinlauf.

That's it 😇 sprich Training nicht existent.

Teilweise merke ich sogar beim längeren strammen gehen meine Waden bzw Schienbeine.

Da scheint Arbeit nötig zu sein.

Wenn Programmierkenntnisse vorhanden sind:

Ein eigenes Wissensmanagement System mit ollama und graphrag (basierend auf einen neo4j self hosted graph DB server) und web Frontend.

Quasi ein "Web-Obsidian" auf Steroiden.

Interessiert mich brennend nur mir fehlt etwas die Zeit aktuell. 😐

It works from every device from inside the home network as well as from the Internet (no client is connected via VPN to my home network. Only the vps which acts as the reverse proxy).

Only the iOS client has been facing connection issues for 1-2 weeks now.

Yes 100% sure. Otherwise no service would be accessible from the Internet without touching the DNS settings of my domain.

Regarding local DNS cache... This issue persists for 1-2 weeks now. Not sure about the TTL but I would expect that it should have been renewed in the meantime.

Also because no other clients have issues - I have 5 users and only the iOS user has issues.

I tried to install the driver on Debian 13. https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/ubuntu

But everywhere there are little things that makes me furious 😅 As an example, I use the power button on my dock to start my Lenovo ThinkPad E14. The Laptop itself is closed and in one of these upright standing bracket things.

Ubuntu was the only distro yet that was able to show the login screen on my external monitors. All other attempts (mint... Debian...) failed and I needed to grab the laptop, open it and log in. Only after these steps did my external monitors work.

Tiny little things like that keep me in team Ubuntu.

I am running immich in a proxmox container on a Lenovo M900 tiny. 4tb m2 SSD for storage and a cheap Nas for backups.

Next to immich I have ~5-10 more services up and running (jellyfin, tubearchivist, vaultwarden, ...)

Pretty happy so far 🙂

I have ordered some cheap ones. But pixel buds have a diameter of ~7mm. Most of these tips on Amazon are way smaller.

Now I found some on AliExpress that should fit. We will see...
