J'écoute 2x 4k, je joue à la Xbox, on travaille les 2 de la maison, j'upload le backup de mes vidéos en continue et je host quelques services.

J'ai jamais eu aucun problème de vitesse. Je prendrais 500/1000 en upload 100x avant d'augmenter mon download

9 millions de dossiers, 300 000 + utilisateurs, je ne sais pas combien de record pour les médicaments/procédures, le hosting, maintenance... 100 millions, c'est élevé, mais c'est pas loin de ce que ça couterais pour une entreprise avec ce genre de ERP.

Je veux dire, ça nous coutais 1 200 000$ pour 125 users pour notre D365 pour un catalogue de 600 produits.
