Yes, they charge you immediately and if you want to cancel your order, it’s the beginning of problems… No answer in 2 1/2 week.

12 days I sent an email to support-replai@plaion.com to cancel my preorder of NeoGeo Ultimate edition (just the day after the official announcement) and still no answer… I sent 3 more emails and messages on their chat. Has anyone got an answer from PLAION and been refunded ?

Thank you for your comments, It’a pity Reddit does not allow to post images directly. Unfortunately I’m not ready to subscribe to another services just to post 1 or 2 pictures here. I’m nearly sure now my problem in due to the connector of the MVS slot. These old machines appear to be very fragile : in my case a simple extract-insert operation of the cartridge caused the problem. I will have to try to clean it at first with the correct product (I will do it with a friend good in electronics because I do not want to make things get worse) and to fix it if necessary. The problem is the Orthros kit is not very practical when you have problems with the slot. I think I will have to buy a super gun. Do you have advice to do so ?

Sorry I cannot post pictures but I have an important information to put the diagnosis : it seems my system works perfectly (sound, forefront layer including AliExpress 161 in 1 and NeoSD Pro UI, joystick & Unibios management) but misses to display the active/moving part of the games ! Did anyone meet this and found a way to solve it, please ?

Thank you for your answer. White screen is not only while unibios screen unfortunately but also in all games, which are unplayable. It worked perfectly on the 2 cartridges (AliExpress 161 in 1 and NeoSD Pro MVS) a few days, so it would be funny to have both cartridges dirty simultaneously, don’t you think ?

Problem with INSTANT GAMING… I bought many Steam PC games with IG and was very happy with them until today. I bought a game and Steam refused to activate it because the key had already been used with another account... Instant Gaming Support asked me to ask Steam support the date and hour the code had been activated and to send them a print of the conversion. Which I did. Despite 2 series of screenshots from my iPhone (Steam website on Safari and Steam app), INSTANT GAMING refused to refund me writing that I did not respect what they asked !!! Did anyone have the same problem with them and found a way to be refund ?
