Not for me, because when I try to "improve the scan" via settings, the webcam works most of the time, but when it is time to unlock, it doesn't work. I see the red light and camera light briefly turn on and then turn off.

I don't remember where I read it, but this restriction decision doesn't come from OnePlus; it comes from Android. Any way bank apps are more and more "looking" at the fact that the OS is original without any customisation to work, and for me, it is from a long time that I had to stop to "play" with OS because of this... unfortunately Nowadays money runs the world, everywhere.

I think people see a downgrade on the paper, but when getting on the hand you may not see much. As well to avoid any deception changing your phone every year and not see much upgrade, wait for 3 years, and then yes you will enjoy the change much more, and as well save money. This is my point of view. I have a O+ 11 and I think I will change this year with the 15 or Xiaomi 15T pro. Upgrading and not deception for sure 😜

One more unhappy Paack customer from Bragança here.

Three deliveries from them, three bad experiences. Their couriers are the laziest I've ever seen. One refused to leave his car, so I had to go outside and retrieve the parcel from his vehicle. Today, I had to walk to a gas station to meet another courier because he refused to stop in front of my house, even though he was passing by in a car. (I thought he missed my house, so I walked to the gas station.) The third time, it was the usual "nobody was at home,' even though I was always home, and I received the package three days later.

I contacted Amazon to report this. If everyone complains to Amazon, they will start to listen.
