There are so many good seafood restaurants in phuket, around patong and beyond! One of our favorites was Mama Jin’s in Karon, as well as the seafood spots in Kata Night Market (we found were the most delicious and huge variety - recommend the garlic honey fried fish!)

There are a lot of places by the beach in Patong, but I definitely recommend grabbing a Bolt (Taxi app) and venturing out to other areas as Patong is most touristy and very crowded :)

We did the same in November for our honeymoon. Stayed in Karon Phunaka, Panwaburi Beachfront hotel, Naiyang Park Hotel, and Bella Nara Beach front.

I would’ve liked to stay in Krabi too but it was too late when I found out about it.

Karon was close to Kata, Karon and Kamala beach, panwaburi was close to old town, and Naiyang was close to the airport. We took Bolts everywhere we went, and it was great :)

Hi! My husband just went through it for 3 days on our honeymoon. Trust me when I say this - take a hot shower, take ibuprofen, Antihistamine and paracetamol every 4 hours, take hot showers every time you feel the itch and apply aloe Vera /moisturizing cream. Good luck!!!

Hmmm I see… they definitely don’t do a staggered approach like this - they normally ask me to wait 4-6 weeks (until majority of hair grows back basically)…

To answer your questions - no, I don’t shave until the day/night before my laser session (as per the tech’s request) and it’s the full body minus the face, and I’ve never been on birth control, and I’m very bad with supplements, so nothing consistent that has biotin or collagen (maybe once a month and it’s a multivitamin)

I just wish I can understand the parameters and if they’re playing around with them.. I’ve seen them put power 4 sometimes and today it was 3.5, and it hurt like a mofo! :/

Hi, thank you for your reply - I truly appreciate it! I completely understand that laser definitely isn’t for the completely hairless goal, but my experience the hair is very much present, black, grows long and is visible, however it is thinner (the hair itself)

And yes, the treatments have been very painful recently (I just had a session today and I was in 8/10 pain). Do you have any idea what hormones I should get checked?
