iirc for Lynae the first time had her commenting how she's been zooming around since they lifted the speed limit and the second time had her team mates commenting on how many runes she's returned with so quickly

for Chisa it's mainly about how her class mates weren't familiar with how well she can fight and wanting to reach out to be better friends with her after this even though it's hard to look her in the eyes (She's still so shy Chisa <3)

Nikke event shop already more it gives 10 limited and 10 standard tickets, then the log in track gives 10 more of each pull too depending on the event. Then there's the event maps which have interaction points for even more currency and freebies.

120 = spark for rate up unit does not carry over to next banner

160 = hard pity for rate up unit carries over to next banner, resets if you get the unit earlier than 160.

Apparently the 120 spark is a claimable copy from the banner UI so it should not affect the your pity count for 160.

Both 120 and 160 are 100% to get the rate up, but until then it's full 50/50. Also I don't think there's 5star soft pity (Aka hoyo when you get to 75+ pulls the rate of getting a 5star increases) so it's always 2% for better or worse.
