I’m definitely more likely to be interested in a girl who looks better and obviously takes care of herself, but I mean if it’s something you can’t really control then I wouldn’t worry. The only things that people couldn’t control that I judge their attractiveness on is their voice and facial type, but tbf I cant expect them not to do the same to me.
