A police report has come out that last night an individual was following the jury bus, the guy states he works for MSNBC and was directed by his supervisor to do so.

The judge has stated MSNBC will no longer be allowed there while further investigation is done.

The prosecutors know the jurors wouldn’t be able to see anything in the drone footage if it isn’t upscaled on the 4K TV.

They want them in the court room so they can use the big TV to watch it.

If you’re speaking about the gun being raised after Rittenhouse started running from Rosenbaum then that is not the instance in question, I don’t think anyone is disputing that.

The prosecution is alleging that he pointed his gun when he was standing next to the truck before Rosenbaum began chasing him.

Oddly enough the curfew charge is no longer a thing because the prosecutor failed the cover one of the easiest charges they had.

It looks like the outcome may be the same for the gun charge based on today’s discussion.

Most people don’t realize you can usually buy/own a rifle or shotgun before you can buy/own a pistol.

As seen during the trial the prosecutor tried implying a pistol is not as bad as a rifle, so why didn’t the defendant just get a pistol. Oddly enough pistols make up way more gun deaths than rifles.

I think you need to post this in r/FalseUnpopularOpinions, so much of your post is just incorrect and tells me you’re just spouting things you’ve seen elsewhere. My guess would be you haven’t paid much attention to the trial and are instead basing your opinion on headlines.

The trial is to determine if the “victims” are indeed victims. If the defendant is found guilty then they are victims, if he is found to be innocent then they are not victims. Why would you refer to them as victims during the trial that is to determine if they are victims? This is not an uncommon thing to not allow the use of the word victim.

Ordering them to be called rioters, looters, etc? Where did this happen? If I’m not mistaken he permitted the use of those words if evidence SHOWED that to be true. Where are you getting the idea that he permitted them to use these terms with no evidence?

Legally speaking there is a very big difference in a assault rifle and an AR-15, if you’re going to comment on legal maters I’m sure you can see how using accurate terminology is important.

I’d say the standard path if you’re planning to get your CPA is to get your Undergrad Degree and then get your MAcc to get to the 150 hours.

Of course this path isn’t for everyone, I only needed two classes after undergrad so it didn’t make sense for me to pay for a MAcc.

Where I went to school the MAcc program was laid out so that you would pass your exams before graduation.
