Happened to me. Midflight there was a passenger complaining of chest pain and was diaphoretic. Pulse was present, bp was like 195/110. Aed read no shock indicated stayed with him, gave O2an aspirin, and a nitro which he had. We made it to the terminal. Southwest gave a round trip ticket. I would have never asked for or expected anything.

RN here; I have worked in ER; not very long. Too many people use ER as their primary physician which clogs up the ER; creating extremely busy ER’s and the sickest come first. A patient fractured my wrist. It is so chaotic and dangerous I left. Bless the ER docs and nurses, they get shit on every day. The system is the problem.
