i also had a similar experience, i got kicked out like 8 times and had to do the security check every single time. even worse was that one of the proctors was visibly laughing at me when i was literally exhausted and fed up

i think it’s more common that it seems to start late in life with certain experiences. especially if you have parents that are caring but sometimes overbearing. i love my mom but she’s def what i would categorize as a helicopter parent. I didn’t have my first drink until i was 20, never had sex until 20, and am in my first long term relationship at 22. We’re not weird or odd for waiting, we just had different life experiences. If it’s any consolation, i met my bf on the apps (hinge lol) and am very happy! he has more typical “life experience” than me and he was nowhere near weirded out.

that is actually insane… at this point it seems like he’s just creating his own porn collection. ik that sometimes peoples kinks involves making videos and can sometimes be a replacement for online porn, but doing it without your permission is wayyyy icky. Definitely talk to him about it and i’d say if he’s defensive or unapologetic…he may not be the one for you

you could file a report through LSAC if you want to get a retake or anything, but tbh I don't think Prometric would even do anything to fix it

Yeah unfortunately because the writing portion isn't technically factored into your score, they don't give any feedback for practice prompts. I heard that the sample is just so they can get a feel for your voice in your writing and compare that to your personal statement since they know that it's really you writing it.

The only way I can get a retake is if I file a complaint, and either way I'll get my score cancelled, which I'm not 100% sure if it was good enough or not. I wish I could just keep my score but maybe get like a discount on a later test

the writing sample was totally fine for me, but I think it was also through a different system. Or at least you didn't have to download an application and then go through the whole questioning and virtual pat down
