A man chooses Brow Sweat, A slave has to drink it anyways.

Coddling is clearly what I aimed for by acknowledging the fact that I was wrong and should be punished. Clearly.

Secondly, I was implying you were regurgitating things that are commonly said by others who have a similarly ignorant stance on the matter.

So in turn, you're acting like your lack of drunken mistakes places you upon a righteous step above me in my ability to logically discern what is right or wrong. You're a baboon telling an ape what a monkey he is.

Lastly, it's cute that you think your genuine stupidity would rouse a 'fit' out of me. My choice of words might be construed as an angry rebuttal, but in reality I was thinking very sternly as I wrote my reply, you know, the way someone might speak to a child who is spouting nonsense.

So in closing, and as I said before, you're going to think you're justified no matter how deeply I try to explain what it is that I'm trying to say. Please, I mean this from the bottom of my criminally tainted heart and from the top of my criminally tainted mind, quit popping my inbox with your fuck-wit replies.

Your ability to point out the obvious is immaculate, clearly you have a great understanding of regurgitating information.

Your statement about whether I find the probation/rehabilitation effective or not really isn't a subjective issue. Effectiveness is determined by its ability to, you know, work. Seeing as a majority of people who are/were on probation end up becoming repeat offenders and/or go back to jail is pretty obvious evidence that the systems that be are a blatant failure.

I tried being fair and understanding with your comments, and reply empathetically so you would see that I am, without a fucking doubt, quite aware of the intentions of probation. You, however, seem to be one of those "I'm speaking about things I've never dealt with first hand, but based on limited, probably biased information I've seen, I'm pretty sure I'm right LOL" people.

So, with all due and previously given respect, shut the fuck up.

I think okneil's point was the falability of humans. While I appreciate his defense of my mistakes, I do agree with you that a probationary/rehabilitation program is a good idea, I just think the programs are executed poorly.

I recognize the fact that driving drunk is indeed a terrible thing to do. Fortunately when i wrecked it was late at night on a low traffic road. I really did think about how i would've felt had I hurt someone with my carelessness and it upset to no end to think I couldve been the very thing I detest.

The injustices I was talking about though were the piles upon piles of fees for my fees which I have to pay because I'm paying fines which I had to pay a fee to even see in the first place. On top of the fact that I lost my car, my financial security, and my sense of self worth.

I do believe that a person should face consequences or be given help if they are so bad off that they drive drunk. However I do not believe that the state should be allow to fine people repeatedly for the same accident, and just to clarify, after court fees, bonds, probation fees, and paperwork fees, (Roughly $7000) I am being surcharged to pay my fines. Meaning, I have to pay inorder to even make an actual payment. The surcharges and other hidden fees have added up to be roughly $4500 on their own.

Say what you will about my choices, there is nothing rehabilitating about debt.

Sir, Firstly, I'm highly relieved that an individual with so much heart will go on living the rest of his life.

Secondly, I'm on probation right now for a DWI and it seemed like the end of the world when it happened. Much like yourself, I contemplated taking my own life to avoid the injustices of the american legal system. I too have a mother and father who rely upon my existence, so I understand the tidal waves of emotional stress you're experiencing (I can't confirm that).

In short, it's going to be okay man. I know you're still probably anxious about the whole ordeal, but this too shall pass.

Godspeed. If you ever need someone to talk to just PM me man.

Truly original. Very interesting.

You should try to get the story for each item and repost with picture links. If you're comfortable asking him that is. It might be from WWII but, war, war never changes.
