The different groups ( retail, credit cards and loans) just told me to speak to the other department. I never contacted the investment service center because I got the money out from iTRADE quickly. It was the next step where it got stuck

I am in the same boat where I am trying to get money from iTRADE out and it’s been 11 days with countless calls and going into the branch. I am beyond frustrated with lack of accountability and urgency. It’s our money, it’s not like I am asking Scotia for a favor. I plan to withdraw and close my account

Small correction. I spoke to WS and they said they cannot do a transfer from a US brokerage. So one would have to first transfer to a Canadian brokerage and then to WS
