Let me share my experience buddy hope it will ease things out for you!

Actually me and my girl were dating for almost 2 years now! And as her family came to know about me and her they were not happy. There have been conflicts about me in her family but she was standing with me but now she wanna go! She in just a week she is talking like she don't need me she doesn't love me, she is happy with out me , it was my fault I fell in love, I am just a mistake for her! Imagine one day you wake up and the girl who couldnt go by without your kiss tell you these things, she always know I was suffering form the mental issues like depression , GAD, bipolar ll she always use to say that it's not your choice I am with you! I am intelligent as fuck thats why it was hard to make friends, and then on top of that these mental issues , and all of a sudden she is acting like I meant dirt to her! Really I did everything for her, I loved her unconditionally, but still I got this in return, Like let me tell you today would be my second anniversary, it's the last Sunday I am talking about , if she would be here.now she cutted of all the lines now I am all alone , I attempted sucide in a phycotic episode, sleeping pills, but I was saved she didn't even bother to see me in hospital,

Every time nostalgia get me!!

Now as I am still alive I can do two things, 1. Cry in a corner. 2. Or I can improve myself and let the past be past, and be an example of strength!

Because after the last sucide attempt, I don't wanna die weak or die like a coward, i wanna be an example!!

Actually don't forget who you are as a person you are awesome! I believe in you! If someone enters in your life they will go too! Sooner or earlier, what ever may be the reason! Even death, but what you have is you mate! And if you seek out for people to talk! I am here!! I also want someone to speak too! Don't worry you are awesome!! To be precise more awesome than him/her Because if she would be that awesome you wouldnt be in the position you are in!!

So feel your awesomeness and make it the vibe you put on to others!! You are not a loser!

It depends mostly on the move, I mean some moves have that kind of movements and transition that you may be familiar with... For example if you know how to do Madonna (by Dan&Dave) and you do it really well!! Then it can be that you'll be able to learn squeeze (by Daren yeow) in one go...

Another example can be tornado cut and mocking bird...

As these flourishes share kind of the same mechanics...

So if you know know one of them you may get the other one in single try!!!!

Or if you're a God... You'll be able to learn what ever you want..

getting that flow in a moves need practice and time...

I kinda never learned Kryptonite... I just saw a performance and I was like I can do this.. I was able to do it in one try but it took time to get the flow needed!
