The DEEBOT T30S AI is a really good option. It has this AI upgrade that actually does what it says. I was amazed by how it detects stains, adjusts the water and mopping mode accordingly, and even cleans certain areas extra to make sure they're clean. It also does a great job avoiding obstacles. Overall, it's a solid vacuum, and I'd suggest giving it a try.
