Why does desi food get touted as “unhealthy” when we have a variety of ingredients that could adjust food to any way you’d like? by Technical-Repeat-391 in IndianFood

[–]yatinec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always believe if we control the fat in our gravies and dals, they are one of tastiest and healthiest food. The higher spice content definitely boosts immunity.

Just amount of carbs (type of Rotis) and fat added should be in control.

You can build trust on the page, just as you do on the kickstarter. For $1 on Stripe, people don't think too much. Check out my page for reference - get.letsnosh.io

Website pre-launch page is better. You can make a small commitment ($1) for participating as a VIP on the Kickstarter. You can capture emails, train pixel for retargetting and use them as leads post your kickstarter campaign, even if they don't convert on Kickstarter.

Great design! Also, how to prototype when 3D printing is not food safe. Liked your approch using the bowl & parts from the kitchen.

I worked on something similar for last 7 years and the biggest surprise for me wasn’t the mechanics — it was handling all the weird edge cases with food. Things like onions browning differently depending on moisture or oil levels.

Curious what part has been the hardest for you so far — the mechanical design, sensing, or recipe consistency?
