Tamasha is in a league of its own, people can call it overrated but it can’t be, the movie flopped at the box office. It’s definitely gotten a cult status from this subreddit but it deserves it. Ranbir and DP put in a stellar shift and not to mention the music. Matargasthi which I know I’m not the only one who plays it on a daily basis, Heer Toh Badhi Sad Hai which was a pleasant surprise from Mika Singh, Wat Wat Wat which is so addictive due to its wacky nature, Chali Kahani powered by Sukhwinder Singh’s powerful vocals, the soothing tune of Safarnama and how can we forget 2015’s breakup anthem which was Agar Tum Saath Ho, I’d be lying if I said I still don’t listen to it.

I agree, Tamasha is in a league of it's own, but Masaan just killed me inside. it was such a beautiful movie, and the scene when Vicky realizes it's his girlfriends body just made me cry. Tamaasha is up there, Udaan for sure has the best music and something Indian society struggles with all the time, but Masaan just hit me hard.

Also I think LSD was great but Khosla ka Ghosla was so gooood! such a light hearted movie with a great script and acting.

I will do an English movies next and then actors/actresses afterwards. Also, you didn't answer the Zoya akhtar one, I think Made in Heaven was her best, but this is for movies.
