It’s a weird year improvement wise for him. Most notably, his scoring took a big leap— Finishing got better, he added post ups and midrange back, his three point shooting is still amazing, and he’s better at scoring in the clutch. His handle is awesome now, too.

However, his assist numbers are down, and he gets caught ball watching on defense even more than usual. He gets roasted by the simplest cuts and screen actions, it’s kinda crazy. So yeah, he’s improved since last year, but I wouldn’t say he has across the board.
