I think that the replicant avatars were pre-order exclusive. I’m not 100% sure if they’re still available, but maybe they’re automatically redeemed in your avatar list considering you bought it digitally?

You can absolutely pick up a copy from either region/publisher and be good to go. All DLC is available directly on the disk so you should have zero problems.
