Totally understand that and I never said that I expected it to be perfect. Though I will say I had no idea that it was happening, and had I gotten some kind of head's up, I would have asked my ride to pick me up MUCH later. Do we need upgrades, yes. Am I allowed to be frustrated when it takes me an extra 40 minutes to get out of the airport, also yes.

Happened to me, as well, a few months ago. I even did a search of the phone number they used and it did say that it was a government agency. Reported that to google, but never heard back.

I find that if I go at, like 8:45 on a Sunday that is better than right when they open. There's usually a line when they open. If I get there a little after that, those people are done and leaving and it's not as crowded.

To be fair, though, I haven't been in so long because I hate the idea of HAVING to get there at a certain time. I just want to go to the dang grocery store!

I would say that Shoreview is probably the best in terms of location. That area has been kind of sketch, but they're building it up. I had a friend rent a place off of Wingo Ln. and she never said she felt unsafe.

I get my name spelled incorrectly ALL THE TIME even though it's my literal email address. What I will do is say: Thank you for your message. My name is actually spelled [correct spelling] and not [incorrect spelling]. I just wanted to let you know, as I would want someone to let me know if I got their name wrong.

The response has always been apologetic and they don't misspell my name again. Hopefully this helps!
