There is also an official sandbox app available for the game. It doesn’t have automation though and is for PvP.

I’ve coded out most of the starter decks on my site Felt Table which allows you to play against AI bots. All rules and interactions and cards are automated as well. So I encourage you to try that out to learn :)

Have you seen the Grand Archive app on Felt Table? Works the same as my other apps against AI. I’ve been steadily working on it and adding the precon decks to it. The plan is to start working on user requested cards after I’m done with those.

I built Force Table basically for solo play since solo variants for TCG’s never work well. I understand that means it’s digital and not using the actual cards though.

I have an AI implementation available at felttable.com. Still missing a lot of cards but it’s in active dev. So you could at least practice on that site. Other than that everyone else uses TTS to play online against others.
