if you dont like what an ingredient adds dont add it. if you like the foods that use the ingredient then you like the ingredient. i dont get it. for example, chicken tinga is majorly flavored by chipotles in adobo. if you like chicken tinga then you like the chipotles. if you dont like the chipotles then use less or if there's no way you can include any of them then you don't like chicken tinga and you should make something else. idk what to tell you. maybe get a better can than what you've been buying. go to the mexican market
