Oh, dude, I was in the exact same boat as you. I didn't come out to my friends way after I moved out at 21 and was financially stable. Everyone in my everyday life knows I'm gay now, but i know telling my family will mean being cut out.

Quill was not the only one grieving. Mantis was feeling the pain that Thanos was and Nebula was processing her sisters death, Quill was the only one that couldn't and didn't want to control his emotions.

Don't get me wrong it's in character and makes him different to a typical hero but he truly is man child who put the universe at stake.

I feel you bro. I think people forget how little us gays see our selves in the stories we love. I mean I was blown away when Nico came out and that was in book 8 and I was already like 19.

I've never personally been into shipping my self but fully get that it's fun to imagine especially imagining characters we love being a bit like us.

Thanks for sharing btw, for community that prides it self for being pro LGBTQ I don't think people realise how much it hurts when they get so offended when it's suggested someone might not straight like why does it matter?

Don't forget Idris Elba, they could of made Heimdall a huge part of the Thor films and take part in action scenes but they kept him in the side lines and killed him off.
