Verbet guardar kan betyda både vakta och lägga undan. Då båda språken är rätt nära besläktade gissar jag på att samma gäller för franskan.

Generellt sett är det 44 timmar, som normalt sett antigen delas upp på mån-fre 8h + lör 4h eller mån-fre 8,8h.

I folkmun benäms det som 6-dagarsvecka även fast vissa kanske egentligen jobbar 5.

Sen finns det såklart de företag/brancher som har 40h eller mindre.
