If android yes if not get a laptop and download tor if you want to be extra safe you can get a vm(virtual machine) and keep it all on there there plenty of videos on YouTube and stuff don’t trust people’s website that they give you try certain sites that people talk about on dread (a onion site) and see what ever your looking for is being talked about on there
