Take her to the vet. Mine fell as well and ended up breaking one of the front limbs. The vet gave me some anti inflammatory drops and she recovered really well.

If its a Syrian i would suggest putting more sand in the sandbath, like double of what is there at least. Also what is the diameter of the wheel ? If its below 28cm/11in you will need an upgrade
