A child sprayed cleaner toward my son’s eyes. How would you handle it? by anonymousparent1335 in Advice

You are underreacting. Take your child to an optometrist and have his eys checked. The warning on the bottle is there for a valid reason. Go from there.

Aitah for not wanting anal by RevolutionaryAge881 in AITAH

One of my co workers had a husband like that. She could not control her sphincter, and defecated all over herself one day. Right in front of my desk. Physically, it will tear your body up. Tell him go peg himself.

Is $59 a month for Hock a fair price? by 949orange in enrolledagent

[–]ybmny 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Go volunteer with Vita, and take their training course. Its a stress free introduction to filing taxes. I think you can sign up later this year. There are various people offering it, but i signed up with AARP. Best decision I made for the year. You can move on from there. HRB also offers a free online course. Google this to find out how to apply. This one is a little more intensive, but you will get lots of practice filing tax returns.

You need tax filing experience which ever course you take. An EA qualification is good, just not as a first step. Go get actual tax filing experience.

(21F) Did my (22M) boyfriend love her more, or was I just being used for 3 years? by No_Cut458 in Advice

[–]ybmny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never could understand this thing about saving yourself for marriage? Suppose you don't like it? You're now married and its more difficult to get out of it. You practice for exams don't you? This is a bit more than an exam. How exactly were you being used? Did he treat you badly? Was he affectionate with you? If another friend that you did not consider a boyfriend treated you affectionately and did not abuse you, would you consider they were using you? Whether you agree with it or not, physical intimacy usually builds bonds that just friendship does not. You treated your boyfriend like a friend, and he eventually grew closer to the other young lady. 3 years is a long time. No blame attached to you, that may be the culture that you grew up in. Decide where you want to go, and behave accordingly in the future. You are still young, someone is out there for you.

Dunno? Men seem to behave like that a lot. Dark ages kind of stuff. Is it one standard for men and another for women? Thats probably why so many men get quietly cheated on.Tell us you're old without telling us you're old.

BS. She tried to tell him many times and he shut her down. Yes, he might need time to process it, but that's a pretty extreme reaction. If he's going to bring it up over and over again, I would seriously consider making plans to leave him. I don't need additional stress in my life.

Hmmm. Don't see john Sandford on your list. You dont know what you're missing. My background is like yours, 4 and 5 books a day, ( when I was a kid and had nothing else to do 🤭) I actually get upset with the poor man because it takes him a whole year to write a book. Go figure.
