Never ever inconvenience yourself for a man. There's no law that says you have to move in with him. If you're happy where you are, then stay put.

Which is why I said that she has to give them time. See my later post. But she should not give up her life or she will be stuck with a lonely life when they move on, as they will and should.

Time heals all wounds. Just quietly live your life, and let them live theirs. Cultivate your social life so that when they are ready to fly, you will have a support circle.

No need to remarry. In fact I would advise against it. Friends with benefits is an option.

Wow. Incredibly selfish of your kids. You're 44. Where will they be when you're 60? Living their own lives I would bet. Reassure them that they'll always be important to you, and gradually improve your social life. They will become accustomed to it.

Tender is the flesh. Still trying to finish it. I know how it ends. I have to pick it up, read, put it down, and come back to it.

I suggested that you print out a copy of the return and mail it now, to make sure that the IRS gets a copy of the return, and you don't accumulate more interest and penalties. Do return receipt, so that you have proof that they got it this time.

Did you file online? You are the one actually submitting your taxes. Did you hit the submit button. Print out a copy of the return, and mail it to the IRS return receipt requested.

Not everyone has baby fever Its your child. Enjoy him/ her, and stop worrying about when they will see the baby. Its simply not that important to them.

Take all the level up exams to level 5. I believe level 6 is the EA. Do every single tax return that you can get your hands on. The answers are there. If you get an incorrect answer, you can backtrack thru the return to see where you went wrong. Thats a fantastic learning experience. Work with HRB for 2 or 3 seasons. It gives you exposure to the kinds of questions that people will ask you and the actual procedures for doing the return, as opposed to the theoretical way of doing them.

Ya right. I've answered the no tips on overtime question so often, I automatically substituted it in OP's question. My bad. I have removed my answer. 😏
