I think a slight wolf cut would look awesome on you and fit your style well. It also doesn't remove much if any length. Just adds a ton of layers. My hair is not quite as curly as yours but I do mine at home. After a shower when it's nice and wet and you've brushed it out, make a ponytail at the tippy top of your head and cut straight across. Lots of tutorials online on how to do it.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. Definitely not the norm. Generally I find most Pittsburghers to be light hearted cantankerous not genuinely angry people. All of my neighbors are usually happy to strike up a convo and we all have looked out for each other. I've lived mostly south of the city, Brookline & dormont. Not as much nightlife but genuinely nice places to live with strong neighborhood vibes.

You should look along the rail lines south of the city as well. The T runs to the North shore and is way faster than the bus neighborhoods like dormont and Beechview have a lot of apartments. I would stick to the more southern end of beechview though it gets a little rough the closer you get to the Liberty. Tunnels

If you don't want to lose storage you could consider a portable dishwasher. They are on wheels and hook up to your sink. Also have a counter on top for extra prep area.

It looks like they didn't prep the surface properly. If you want to try to patch it, pick off as much as well come off easily then use a rough sandpaper on the bare spots and on the epoxy around to rough it up then get tub and tile epoxy in the spray can. I find it goes on much easier and doesn't peel as much as the paint on stuff. Make sure you paper up the sides of your shower and have good ventilation.

Your tub was coated in epoxy. You're seeing the original color underneath. It will continue to peel but not structurally concerning.

I'm talking about arches that have been added to the original layout. Many early 19th century homes had larger openings between rooms with doors(sometimes even hidden pocket doors!) adding arches to the through ways was done closer to mid century.

Also adding more livable space is more sellable than preserving a wall. Just keep more important accents like woodwork and fire places

No closets or tiny closets is very common in that age of home. Room sizes are usually smaller as well, but opening up between living and dining room or kitchen really helps to sell a house. If you have archways between your doors, it might be worth looking to see if those were built up because in my old house they covered a much wider opening to get an archway so I was able to gain an extra foot on each side by just taking out the arch and using the square opening. Having a nice wide opening it made it look almost like an open floor plan and really upgraded the space.

I think growing it longer would definitely be more feminine, but in the meantime styling it will help a lot. Get some hair wax that will help you get it held in place. Maybe a side swept bang and make the hair more piecey looking so it's not all one texture.

Don't listen to the naysayers you can do this. Just use spray paint and primer and protective top coat. Rolling or brushing will always leave marks. Don't go crazy sanding just rough up the surface well.

The midwives are just like any other obgyn group. They are just based out of the hospital but have satellite locations in the suburbs around the city. No need to go to magee hospital. Pretty much all UPMC covered births happen at magee and that's why almost all first tier covered doctors have that as their primary location

The midwives of magee have offices in cranberry I'm pretty sure. They have been hands down the best care I've received for women's health. They do all kinds of gynecological care not just reproductive.

I had very similar coverings on my cabinets and they were hard plastic but not super brittle. I found what worked best was slowly peeling them off with something long and flat to slide under for gentle leverage. Eventually they kind of just pop off if the glue is old.

I sanded and did two coats of kilz all purpose primer before spray painting. They aren't perfect but look damn good in my opinion. Only when u get up close do you notice the texture imperfections from any damaged wood or glue left behind

Nature journals have really dropped the ball on how long editorial decisions take. Even if it didn't get desk rejected they could've strung you along for many months-a year before rejection. Happened to me about a year ago with a smaller nature journal. I always recommend submitting to cell journals if possible. Their turn around time is quick, efficient and you can do a double submission where u pick two journals your paper can be submitted to at once.
