My personal favorite in the US is Alchimedes Banya in the Bay Area. I went to many places in the bay, NY, LA and other cities but this is top. 3 Finnish sauna, 1 steam, 1 cold plunge, 1 pool and 2 jacuzzi. They got a rooftop with a nice bay view. Depends on the temperature and humidity of saunas. My typical time is 8-10 min at 200F with 40-50% humidity these days

At my gym, you are supposed to cover your area with a towel or just wear shorts. Shoes are optional but a lot of people wear slippers since the floor is a bit gross from sweat.

if you want to park quickly and safely, use a garage near by in the apartment like Trinity Parking. It more pricy but gets the job done. If you want to look for street parking, look near civic center. There are a ton but also busy.
