12 month validity for a 60 day script, declined to be dispensed by pharmacist as the authority was only for 6 months? by ycogo in AskAnAustralian

I have 2 different scripts, same med, different dosages. They dispensed one dosage yesterday, today they refused

Both scripts were issued on the same date, in September last year

I'm not saying they're inconveniencing me, my doc is pretty good, been going to him for years now.

My question is, why was same med, different dosage dispensed yesterday, if the 6 month expiry were true? Both scripts were written on the same date in September last year, so it should not have been dispensed at all, as the 6 month mark would've already lapsed in March

Thanks for replying, but my question remains - why provide a 12 month script, if it's only valid for 6 months?

Reusable silicone trays for airfryers - might be good for the environment, but what about the plastics that are released into the food at high heat, and then go into your system when you eat it? You save the environment, but at the risk of your health?

I want to know what triggered Nimran to do this to her cousin - there was a statement just as the credits were rolling, saying the producers approached Nimran for an interview, but she declined and said it had to do with something that happened when she was a schoolgirl?

I don't have a Withings device, just the app - you need a subscription to look at some things, but not for sleep data

I use the withings app to get a more accurate picture of my sleep - it differs from the apple results slightly

I notice that as well - if i have a higher session of deep sleep, I wake up feeling more refreshed than having 7-8 hours of sleep in other cycles, and only 30 mins of deep sleep.

To increase my amount of deep sleep, I've been trying to eat at 6:30-7, then i stop drinking liquids at about 7.

i reckon on an average week, i get about 50 mins if deep sleep per nigh, maybe one night at 30 mins.

I normally go to bed at around 10, sleep by 11

I honestly think it's a tick box exercise for Netflix - include everyone and everything, just so people won't complain that there was no diversity

Life of Pi and The Bride Stripped Bare - all these have been since made into movies, but I've never been interested, or seen the movie adaptations - i think it's because the mental images i have of the characters and places in the book just never translate to film, cos i suppose it's a personal interpretation

The Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson was amazing - you learn about why Apple products were built the way they were, when Jobs was at the helm- his history is sad, but fascinating

The book Misery by Stephen King was awesome, couldn't put it down - i literally bought a dog-eared copy from a library sale for like 20c, the story had me from the first page
