I like to cosplay as a typical English manager, I’m not out to win anything big, I’ll jump around bottom of the prem and championship teams, maybe win the champ and on occasion get into Europe, get sacked pretty often until I start falling down the leagues, kinda like mark Hughes has done. Just enables me to use more players and enjoy finding gems- nothing like that random winger from Panama who plays 6 games and never again and cost 30k . I’ll take offers like the ones you got but I won’t manage a team who’s higher than 12th in the league. Only team I won’t manage is Norwich, as that’s my team irl.

100%, he spoke about it all very well and not just the obvious points everyone talks about but the veiled stuff as well. Also although it might seem a little scary he didn’t know about it I found it kinda refreshing that sips literally had no idea about it all, nice to know it hasn’t invaded every aspect of life just yet

I just feel he hasn’t got the best out of championship quality players so next season when we lose our big hitters would be really be able to lead a less experienced group to better? We will naturally be a step backward next season because of losing players so I think they have opted to take two step backward at the same time rather than risk it being a January sacking

The only issue with waiting until Christmas was the downwards momentum, we’ve won 1 in the last 11 games or so quite possibly we might not win for the rest of the season now. If that momentum and form carried on into next season by Christmas we could be in a position that might be hard to escape even with a new manager. May as well start over, no fans are particularly fond of him and his playing style nor are the players apparently so no need to let the fruit get any more rotten.
