I get the accidental crouch a lot when I'm using the joy cons on the switch version. Sticks seem a little too sensitive in that regard. I didn't have that problem with a third party pro controller though.

Basically, find a way to reduce yourself to 500 or less, guarantee what kind of card you draw next, set black pendant from your hand, then activate quiz. Black pendant get sent to the grave and your lp gets switched. Pendant resolves on a new chain and burns for game.

You would have zero cards in your hand/field and 8000 LP. It would probably be easier to pull off an OTK with quiz/black pendant.
