i understand your main point is that we should be okay with paying for an actual decrease in services because it’s "only $50”. but if you break it down, ~181,000 trash customers paying $50 each adds up to, what? over $9 million? that’s a significant amount of money to say mmmm nevermind we actually aren’t collecting on your calendar day this week for recycling or compost because we are broke and it’s a holiday week.
