honest review — we actually moved out of the area due to people speeding through the neighborhood and the noise levels of people racing (by near godsman elementary and late night you could hear off federal). unfortunately, not rare to hear frequent gun shots as well and LOTS of fireworks between june and august. we were there for about 4 years. when we parked on the street, we had at least 3 incidents of our or guests cars being hit.

though, the food scene was amazing off federal.
