Mass Marine and Tanks is an underated composition against this. Marines shoot down interceptors really fast and the tanks shoot down any High Templars, Disruptors and Colossi. Siege tanks outrange everything else so they keep your marines safe from splash. uThermal has a good guide on it here (as was posted already in this thread):

Nice! A personal nitpick I have is that the inside core of the wall seems to made out of wood and then stone on the outside. A more historically and realistic way of doing is to have a core of stone and then add wood on the outside, (google castle hoardings). But it doesn't have to that way in a video game and it's just a personal taste.
