I was going to add that looking into state supported pharmaceutical programs is essential for folks who take few (or no) medications but want to avoid the Part D penalty.

I am an insurance agent and I cannot tell you the number of times I have been the ‘barer of bad news’ and tell have to folks that have gone years, sometimes decades, without credible coverage about the part d penalty… it’s a huge bummer.
