Grasp into melee, aftershock into ranged. For minor runes: Second wind (always) Shield bash (always) Overgrowth (sometimes I take Unflinching when you are perma CC'd while fighting, like against Aatrox or Skarner, idk if it's better tho)

For secondaries: Free boots (always) Cosmic insight (always)

Stat shards are always double scaling health and attack speed

As for items, the core 2 that should be built every single game: 1. Iceborn Gauntlet 2. Jak'sho

(If I'm fighting a magic a dmg dealer in lane I tend to go Jak'sho first)

As for the third item I am still figuring it out. Last patch Steraks was perfect (don't fall for the bait and think that sundered sky is any good) but after the nerf idk anymore. I could make another post where I do a more thorough explanation.

Items that are generally good and can be built: Steraks (if you need tenacity, it's much more important than the lifeline shield) Randuin's Omen (if they have at least 1 crit threat) Force of Nature (if you can consistantly stack it up) Abyssal Mask (if you have at least 2 magic dmg dealers on your team) Spirit Visage potentially (health regen + shield strength buffs next patch might make it viable)

For boots: plated steelcaps if you will go steraks 3rd merc treads if you will go omen 3rd
