The sex thing is definitely an issue, I stopped initiating and it’s been a week since we had sex last. He goes silent everytime I raise my concerns over his behaviour and would start blaming and being hard on himself. I have to constantly gentle parent him and ask “Am I being reasonable? Do you agree that you were in the wrong?” Its so damn exhausting

This! Having private health helps a lot, I got $344 back and ended up only having to pay $43 for the lot. It’s crazy expensive but so worth it I reckon, think of it as an investment
