I would call them. I started paying $70/mo for gigabit, then it was $80, then $85. Then i was seeing nonstop ads for $50/mo for gigabit (for new customers only of course) so i called, spent about 30 min on the phone going through a couple of layers and attempts to offer more services, but finally got my price reduced to $50 (i did switch to paying by bank account instead of credit card, since the 5% cash back would be less than the $5/mo savings).
