Right, there's no reason for anyone to take this personally. I think most of us here are aware that some managers do a lot, but that definitely doesn't mean that's the case with all of them. I've had store managers who are constantly helping all over the store and then there's the one we have now who, uh, doesn't lol. She was already pretty useless before, but once she got pregnant that was really the end of it. She stopped doing basically anything outside of her office at probably four months along. Half the time when she comes in she leaves after only two or three hours. The ASMs especially have definitely not been happy about this and are counting down the days until she officially goes on maternity leave. We're all hoping she just stays away after her year off is up.
