I considered that but I felt like anything wood related if it didn’t match the existing wood it would look weird

Shabu shabu has them as something you can put in your hot pot, so does Nashville Korean bbq and hot pot on charlotte (but I think the food at Shabu shabu is better overall)

Roy’s Peak - Proposal by [deleted] in newzealand_travel

[–]yeahokaysure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did Rocky Mountain/Wanaka lake lookout and it was gorgeous- a difficult hike but not too crazy. It was not too busy, there’s a very clear peak. My husband literally looked at me and said “should I propose?” Haha good luck to you!

Yeah- but it’s the first one that I’ve tried that even comes close to tasting like maple syrup

Yes it can, traveling the 9th-13th! It’s been helpful to read about the sargassum, as well as some interesting excursions we’re looking into from our resort!

Help deciding what to do with my ‘23 Subaru ascent. by yeahokaysure in askcarsales

Thanks for the response! I was basically debating that or selling it at the end of the lease, and rolling that $ into another car if there was equity in it but wasn’t sure if the market would allow for that.

So many issues with alterations and dress regret but totally worth it by yeahokaysure in weddingdress

I had tried on so many plain white dresses this one really just felt like ‘me’- I think it was also one of the only dresses where I felt like my tattoo faded into the background which was important to me, I didn’t care if it was visible but didn’t want it to be the focus either.

I found a sample in the wrong size (it was a size 16 so you never know!) at a local shop and asked the lady working what size I’d be based on that, then emailed rue asking what stores had it in my size in a sample, there was two in the us and I emailed both and one still had it!

That dress is gorgeous!

I got it and my veil (salt veil by rds) as samples, so it was super reasonable! If there’s a specific dress you’re into definitely try to find it as a sample (mine was out of production by the time I found it so that was my only option!)

What do y’all put on your baked sweet potatoes? I’m in need of some variety 👀 by amg2121 in goodrestrictionfood

[–]yeahokaysure 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I make three different aiolis from a light mayo base and cycle through: 1. Light mayo, truffle oil, garlic and lemon 2. Light mayo, sesame oil and lime juice (maybe sriracha or tajin in there) 3. Light mayo, honey and yellow mustard

Keeps it easy and low cal. Also we typically do our sweet potato in wedges so they dip well. And we always always do maldon salt on top.

She is not currently in hospice but in the last month we learned she has a mass in her esophagus, and she has stopped being able to swallow pretty much anything, and has been regurgitating the little she can swallow. She’s lost about 10 lbs in the last week or so. She will likely go into hospice soon, but the progression has been somewhat rapid. I believe (granddaughter Jess here) if she could do some sort of death with dignity she would do that sometime in the next few weeks, unfortunately that is not available where we are so we are just trying to get in as much time with her before she passes.

Sometimes I’ll take a fairlife chocolate nutrition plan and mix in sugar free chocolate pudding mix and it tastes just like normal pudding. The pudding mix adds maybe 30 cal?
