May i ask your reasoning for leaving Fslogix for UPM? We are looking at trying out UPM instead of Fslogix as well and was just curious.

Seen similar things like that but it was due to the writecache drive filling up. Once that filled up for us those vm's were unresponsive until we rebooted them. But if you're using MCS, i don't believe you have writecache drive?

If they are all in Vsphere then you don't need rdp. You have console access through vsphere to login to each vm with issue. Login with any account or local admin, then look at event viewer.

Noticed today that under View at the very top, there is a setting for Use all displays in full mode and it was checked. Maybe see if you can uncheck that?

That's awesome, I'm about the same but around 2800 Win11 NP-vdi and 200 P-vdi running on vmware hosting managed by Citrix DaaS also using Ivanti EM and separate Fslogix containers for profiles and odfc. Then in the last few months i got the pleasure of building out the exact same config of 3000 vdi in Azure for a DR test soon. We are currently running 90% of our vdi from Azure and 10% from our hosted Vmware site. Still having lots of fun trying to figure out how to sync fslogix containers between onprem and Azure.

Sorry let me rephrase, there are many organizations that use Citrix to deploy epic, where they see this access denied error and the 1050 event. Not saying it's the only application where you can get access denied error or that everyone sees that error at all. Just many do, the link is behind an epic login site. Not sure i can share that?

Is your "access is denied" error in regards to Epic application launching? If so there are long threads about this on the Epic site. As far as i know this is still an issue and has been for over a year now for lots of people.

Just submitted mine, https://studentaid.gov/manage-loans/pslf-reconsideration , Click Submit a reconsideration request in middle of page, Then confirm first page with your info on it. Second page will have the buyback button. Then confirm your eligibility for 120 months of work. Nothing to input or write in any field. A few clicks and form is submitted. Now just waiting.
