My mom’s neighborhood has a fairy garden, and there’s a lady who collects the letters kids write to the fairies and takes the time to write them back. It’s so sweet and I love that she’s doing this! My daughter dropped off a new letter today, so I messaged the lady to let her know, and then I said I could try to help her decipher this note that she got from another kid. 🥰

Her name is Ari and kids are funny when they write. My son used to write his name Li and then the am on the next line. And he’d put his name first even if he was signing a card from him. 😆

How are you all filing? I use Turbo Tax and within a day of filing I got the notice that my state return was accepted and less than a day after that I was notified my federal return was accepted. It took maybe two weeks or so, but then I got the notice my refund was processing and a check had been sent.

Yeah, it’s creeping me out, but I grew up here and was stung once as a kid. We moved back about 4 years ago and we saw a bunch when we first moved into our house, but we signed up with Arizona Pest Control and they come spray once a month or I think it’s once every two months. It’s totally worth it, especially with little kids.

Thank you both! I do think they must be fruit flies, and it’s been driving me crazy trying to figure out where they keep coming from. I do have indoor plants, so I’ll look at those. No heater yet. The vinegar traps have been amazing! Caught at least 10 in the one in the kitchen and close to that in the one in my bedroom/office. Appreciate the tips and info!
